Frequently Asked Questions
For small orders, we accept PayPal, bank transfer, or Western Union.

All products shipped to customers undergo stiffness testing and functional inspection, and are carefully packed before delivery.
- Our series frames use a Toray T800 and T1000 blend – T800 in impact-exposed zones, T1000 where stiffness per gram decides the result.
- FM296, FM306 and FM366 (gravel) are built from T1000, and our lightest road platform FM066 adds T1100.
- For OEM projects we can also build with T700, where toughness and unit cost matter more than stiffness per gram.
- We normally use UD carbon weave, as most customers prefer to apply their own custom paint.
- If no custom painting is requested, we can offer 3K carbon weave instead.
Yes! We offer full custom painting services. Provide your YS or Pantone color code. Custom paint MOQ is 30 sets. We can also apply your brand logos and graphics.
All Mondince frames come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. We also offer after-sales support for any technical questions. Our frames are tested to 130% of ISO 4210 standards.
Road frames prioritize aerodynamics and sharp handling; gravel frames offer more tire clearance and compliance. Our carbon road bike frames are designed for speed on pavement.
Carbon is lighter, stiffer, and absorbs road vibrations better. A carbon road bike frame provides a smoother, faster ride. Learn more in our material guide.
The FM126 aero road frame weighs 860g (M size, raw carbon finish), built with Toray T800+T1000 carbon. For the lightest road build we make, the FM066 climbing frame comes in at 650g.
Yes, Mondince offers full custom geometry and any RAL/Pantone color for OEM orders. Contact us for details.
Start with the geometry chart for the exact model. Compare stack, reach, seat tube length and standover with a bike that fits you. Height and inseam can narrow the options, but a single inseam formula cannot confirm the right size.
Check the saddle adjustment range and the stem and bar position needed for your riding posture. If you fall between sizes, compare both geometries rather than automatically choosing the smaller one. A qualified fitter can help when the fit remains uncertain.
Read our bike frame size guide, and send us your measurements and current bike details if you need help comparing available sizes.
Neither material is best for every rider. Carbon can support low weight, varied tube shapes and a layup tuned to particular loads. Aluminum can offer good performance and value. Compare the actual frame design, fit, complete build cost and support.
Frame material alone does not determine comfort. Tire pressure, tire size, geometry and contact points also matter. Compare weights only when size, finish and included hardware match; there is no fixed weight-saving percentage that applies to all carbon frames.
Carbon frames do not have a guaranteed infinite service life, and aluminum frames do not share a universal expiry age. Use, damage, environment and the design all matter. Follow the maker’s inspection advice and stop riding if structural damage is suspected.
Ask for model-specific test evidence and warranty terms. Read our frame materials guide for a broader comparison.
