Our lightest configuration uses Toray grade T1000 carbon, achieving 980g for size M (painted, including hanger). This lightweight carbon gravel frame is designed for racing and competitive events. Contact us for custom weight targets — we can achieve sub-950g with specific layup requirements.
Yes. All our carbon gravel frames are ISO 4210 tested. We provide full test reports and can assist with your brand's certification documentation for EU market entry. This includes EN certification which is essential for high-performance gravel frames sold in Europe.
Custom geometry is available from 50 frames. Custom paint and logo from 30 frames. For lightweight carbon gravel frame OEM projects, we offer flexible terms for startup brands. Free mould is available for orders of 500+ frames.

Toray T1000 grade offers higher tensile strength (7.0 GPa vs 5.8 GPa) and allows for lighter frame construction (890g-980g vs 1050g-1150g). For lightweight carbon gravel frames focused on racing, T1000 is the preferred choice. For adventure and endurance riding, T800 provides excellent performance with better value.
