Why Certification Matters for Your Brand
EU Market Access
EN certification is a prerequisite for European buyers. Without it, accessing mainstream sales channels proves challenging.
Risk Mitigation
Independent testing mitigates liability risks and shields your brand from costly product returns and legal disputes.
Competitive Advantage
Government and institutional tenders often require independent test reports for evaluation.
Consumer Trust
Certification marks serve as strong evidence of quality, helping to establish a professional brand image.
EN Certification— The Gold Standard in Bike Testing
German Independent Testing Institute Known For Rigorous Standards
Fatigue Test
Our testing process simulates the entire product lifecycle through high-frequency, high-intensity cyclic loading. The frames are subjected to up to 100,000 loading cycles to verify their long-term durability and structural reliability.
Maximum Load Test
This test examines the safety performance of carbon fiber frames under extreme load conditions. Specifically for carbon fiber materials, it checks for permanent deformation or structural damage when subjected to single peak loads.
Overload Test
Simulates extreme conditions exceeding normal operating scenarios. Guarantees safe failure of the product under foreseeable misuse, without endangering the rider.
Gravity Level — 8 Rigorous Tests
Every Mondince frame undergoes these 8 independent tests to ensure EN certification
Simulates tens of thousands of pedal strokes to ensure the bottom bracket area and crank arms withstand repeated stress without cracking over years of riding.
Applies vertical forces to the frame to simulate riding over bumps, potholes, and rough terrain. Validates the frame's ability to absorb impacts without structural failure.
Tests the head tube and down tube junction by applying steering and braking forces. Critical for front-end stability and safety during hard cornering and descents.
Simulates repeated braking forces on the fork and frame mounts, ensuring disc brake tabs and dropout areas maintain integrity under constant deceleration loads.
Applies load to the rear axle area to verify dropout strength. Essential for riders carrying cargo or using rear racks on bikepacking adventures.
Tests side-to-side frame stiffness by applying lateral forces. Higher lateral rigidity means better power transfer during sprinting and out-of-saddle climbing.
Applies extreme static pressure to the frame to determine its maximum load capacity before permanent deformation. Our frames exceed ISO 4210 requirements by 30%.
Simulates extreme conditions beyond normal riding scenarios. Guarantees safe failure of the product under foreseeable misuse without endangering the rider.
