Yes. All production orders include a summary test report. For official certificates bearing your brand name, we can arrange third party testing at cost. Lead time is approximately 4-6 weeks.
Standard timeline: Design & mould (8-10 weeks), prototype (2-3 weeks), testing (3-4 weeks), production (4-6 weeks). Total: 5-6 months. Rush projects may be compressed to 3-4 months.
We accept T/T (wire transfer) and L/C. Standard terms: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. New clients: 50% deposit for first order. Bank references available upon request.
