Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about our carbon frames, custom services, warranty, and more.
What is the lead time for 100 sets?
Do you test all your goods before delivery?
All products shipped to customers undergo stiffness testing and functional inspection, and are carefully packed before delivery.
Which carbon fiber you use?
- For our standard-weight frames, we use Toray T700 and T800 carbon fiber.
- For customers looking for lightweight frames, we use T800 and T1000 carbon fiber.
Which carbon weave you have?
- We normally use UD carbon weave, as most customers prefer to apply their own custom paint.
- If no custom painting is requested, we can offer 3K carbon weave instead.
How about free sample?
What is the advantage of the integrated downtube storage?
It allows you to carry essentials (multi-tool, spare tube, CO2, snacks) without needing a frame bag, keeping the bike's aerodynamics clean and your gear secure from the elements. It's a game-changer for bikepacking and long unsupported rides.
Can you draw the 3D file for us?
Can you customize the geometry or add bottle mounts?
Yes, as an OEM manufacturer, we offer full custom geometry and layup services for brand partners. The MOQ for custom frames is 50 sets. Additional bottle mounts or custom rack mounts can be discussed during the design phase.
Is the FM316 suitable for racing?
Absolutely. The aero seatstay and fork design, combined with the stiff T47 bottom bracket, make it highly efficient for power transfer. Many of our brand partners use the FM316 as the base for their gravel race team frames.
What's the maximum tire size I can use?
FM316 can use max 700*50mm tire with 5mm clearance. For gravel riding, we recommend 45mm. The fork has additional clearance for mud and bikepacking.
